Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
VibePacking is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vibepacking.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
